Este folosit un singur cazan de distilare cu o reteta de 50% orz maltat si 50% orz nemaltat, care a fost triplu distilat la distileria din Dublin. Gama "Wonders of Wood" colaboreaza cu Consiliul Arborelui din Irlanda si va ajuta la plantarea exclusiva a speciilor native de arbori irlandezi intr-un hectar desemnat in zona Wicklow din Irlanda.Notele la nas sunt de caramel dulce, scortisoara si taninuri lemnoase.
